Leadership Day 2021


Leadership Development Day - Friday 12 February 2021

What a wonderful way to start 2021 - together, face-to-face and enjoying the lovely facilities at Bendigo TAFE!

Leadership day is all about getting to know one another, and to prepare our new leaders for their role as ambassadors for the Beacon program. 

Activities and tasks centred around developing communication and teamwork skills, and gaining an insight into their own personal strengths and attributes, assist our Leaders to not only form a bond but to prepare them for their first major event - the Beacon Business Breakfast.

Our leaders all participated with enthusiasm and showed their commitment to their new roles.  There was also an opportunity for some of our leaders to practice their public speaking skills.
