The Project Worker is assisted in the delivery of the Real Futres Program by the coordinators from each of the participating secondary schools.

The coordinators are vital to the success of the program being the conduit between the Project Worker, the Student ambassadors, the school Careers staff, and the student body.


The coordinators are:


Echuca College - Mrs. Andrea Knight.Andrea is the Career/Pathways advisor at Echuca College. She provides support, guidance and opportunities to students across most year levels in regards to their future career prospects, as well as teaching VCE Psychology.



Moama Anglican Grammar – Mr Stuart Martin. Stuart has been the Career Adviser at Moama Anglican Grammar since 2011. He coordinates the Careers program and teaches in the Religious and Values Education faculty.

River City Christian College - Mr Peter Nelson. Peter represents River City Christian College in the Echuca-Moama Beacon Foundation both as a School Coordinator and as a Board member. Peter’s commitment to these roles grew out of him seeing the significant value for young people that was being created through the work of Beacon in the region and how it was bringing local schools together in the process. Peter has a leadership role within River City Christian College, engaging with and encouraging young people wherever he is able.

St. Joseph's College - Mrs Beth Crossman. Beth Crossman has been a member of staff at St. Joseph’s College for 27 years. Beth is passionate about pathways for students and enjoys working with the students in all areas of careers as the Pathways and Beacon Coordinator.
