The Executive Officer is assisted in the delivery of the Real Futres Program by the coordinators from each of the participating secondary schools.

The coordinators are vital to the success of the program being the conduit between the Executive Officer, the Student ambassadors, the school Careers staff, and the student body.

The coordinators are:

St. Joseph's College - Mr. Chris White . Chris is the Pathways Coordinator and Career Practitioner at St. Joseph's College.  He works with a wide number of students, across most year levels, assisting with Career advise focussing on subject selection, work experience opportunities and other support in the area of careers and pathways.

Echuca College - Mrs. Sandy Morrison. Sandy is the Pathways/Beacon coordinator at Echuca College. She has held this position for two years and has a focus on working with the Year Ten cohort. Sandy also teaches a number of Year Ten Careers classes and enjoys working with students as they prepare for their future.

Moama Grammar - Mr. Stuart Martin. Stuart is new to the role in 2011. Stuart completed his Bachelor of Education majoring in Technology at the University of Sydney and following this spent eight years teaching at Trangie Central School (west of Dubbo). He attended Bible College in Geelong for two years, and then took on the role of Scripture teacher and school Chaplain at Finley High School for a further four years. Stuart relocated to Moama over the holidays, and with his wife and four boys is looking forward to life in the Echuca Moama area.
