The Project Manager is assisted in the delivery of the Real Futures Program by Coordinators from each of the participating secondary schools.
The Coordinators are vital to the success of the program being the conduit between the Project Manager, the student ambassadors, the school careers staff, and the student body.
Our Coordinators are:
Echuca College - Ms. Lorelle Pearse. Lorelle is the Careers & Pathways Coordinator at Echuca College. She provides high quality career education, exploration and investigation across all year levels so that students are ready and prepared for (success in) life beyond school.
Moama Anglican Grammar – Ms Deborah Duncan is an experienced educator with 20 years of teaching biology and senior science. As a Year 12 Coordinator for four years and the incoming Careers Coordinator (2025–2027) at Moama Anglican Grammar, she is committed to student success.
St. Joseph's College - Mrs Beth Crossman. Beth Crossman has been a member of staff at St. Joseph’s College for 29 years. Beth is passionate about pathways for students and enjoys working with the students in all areas of careers as the Pathways and Beacon Coordinator. Mr Brock Kennedy - Student agency and voice, brock supports senior level student leaders.
River City Christian College - Ms Ling Schuller. Ling teaches Maths and Science at Australian Christian College. She also works as a Beacon Coordinator to help students develop individual Career pathways and genuinely enjoys working with young people.
Echuca Specialist School - Mrs Anne-Maree Prout. Anne-Maree has 21 years’ experience as a special educator. As the Beacon Coordinator and a VCAL teacher Anne-Maree supports students and their families to discover their individual transition pathways from school to further study, work or supported employment.
